The first visit costs you nothing
Call or send the form and someone from the office will arrange a time. A designer comes to the property, walks it with you, and looks at the architecture, the planting, the grade and the places you actually stand after dark.
Before that visit ends you will have rough budget ranges for each area of the property, so you know the scale of the thing before anyone asks you for anything. If you want the drawing, we quote a design fee from there. If you would rather think about it for a year, that is a perfectly normal outcome and we will not chase you.
For a repair, it helps to know which fixtures are affected, roughly when it started and whether anyone has done work on the property recently. That last one solves a surprising number of cases before a truck leaves the yard.

It depends on the season and on where you are.
Spring is the busiest stretch of the year. Daviess County and the counties immediately around it are usually quick; Warren and Dubois County work is grouped into scheduled days, so a visit there may wait for the next trip north or south.

Outdoor lighting is not a burst pipe, and staffing a night crew would mean charging every customer for something almost nobody needs. What we do instead is schedule quickly and keep the common failure parts on the trucks.

Consultations get scheduled around where our crews already are that week, which is easier to sort out in a short conversation than through a calendar.
No. We take credit cards.
Payment is half at signing and half the night of the Reveal. On new construction we usually split it into thirds instead, because the house may be six months from finished when the proposal is signed.
