Outdoor lighting systems must be maintained. Adjustments will be needed. Plants can grow to obstruct light, lamps will burn out, and hardscapes may change. Whatever your need, NiteLiters is here to help. We service systems that we have installed as well as existing systems that you or others have installed. We're professionals at rectifying problems that might be disrupting your outdoor lighting. We know that a lighting system that does not work properly or a company that doesn't respond to your service requests is extremely frustrating, which is why we endeavor to provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. We offer maintenance in three categories:

  • Pre-Scheduled Services: Scheduled anywhere from monthly to semiannually, this service includes a complete system check of all equipment. As needed, we will straighten, redirect, or adjust fixtures; remove leaves, mulch, and debris from uplighting fixtures; clean and repair fixtures; repair cut cable; bury exposed cable; trim plant material; and replace non-working lamps. A discount applies for pre-scheduled services.
  • Extra Services: Provided with prior client approval, we address system improvements through additions and replacements along with alterations for environmental changes, such as relocation of fixtures due to landscaping changes or plant maturation.
  • Requested Services: Provided upon request, our service team will respond to your needs in a timely manner.

Regarding Online Payments, Emailed Invoices, and Emailed Service Advisements (Door Hangers)

Would you like us to email your service advisement or invoice to you on a regular basis? Contact us. (The service advisement is the door hanger we leave when we have serviced your system. It is not an invoice.)

Only emailed invoices may be paid online via credit or debit card or via electronic check. If we have emailed your invoice to you, please click on the blue button at the bottom of your email labeled "View & Pay Invoice."
